My brother Jerry was always such an inspiration to me. For years hehad the world on his shoulders, only because he allowed everyone to drop their problems on them. .. and he was there to lighten the load. So smart and insightful he was. We lost my brother one afternoon while he was driving our other brother home from a day surgery appointment. Jerrypassed awayafter afatal brain aneurysm struck him on that ride home in April 2002. Jerry was my best friend in this world.
Dear Jerry,
Warm weather is here again and I can't help but remembering our camping trips to Vermont. All the parties in your back yard, sitting by the fire barrel. Playing poker till dawn. I have so many wonderful memories of you.
I miss you dearly Jerry, till we meet again, please watch over us... Loads of love, Annie... |

I Did Not Die
Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle Autumn’s rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush. I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there; I did not die - Anon -
Sincerely, Mary
