 Architect Lee Harris, 30, died overnight in hospital on Friday, more than a week after he was caught up in the Tube bombing near King's Cross.
Lee and Samantha were childhood sweethearts
He had been travelling with his partner, 36-year-old Samantha Badham, who on Saturday was also identified as a victim of the atrocities.
The couple, who were childhood sweethearts, normally cycled or drove to work but had taken the Tube on 7 July as they had planned a romantic dinner in the evening.
In a joint statement, their families said:
"They were a devoted couple and everyone who came into contact with them took to them immediately.
"We will miss them both and will always make them proud of us in what we do as we were proud of them."

BY Anonymous on Jul 17, 2005 | |  | I do not know you, but saw your face pictured in the newspaper with your girlfriend Samantha. The story told of how you would have to be told of her passing once you woke up. This saddened me deeply. I only hope that you and Samantha will now be together forever and eternally happy. I hope one day that the world will be rid of these inhumane people that commit these atrocities and that London and the rest of the world will be a safe place to live. You did not deserve to be taken from the world and my prayers and thoughts are with both of you, your families and friends.
