Justin, although I never personally knew you I am the uncle of Griff from your unit. You sir have touched the lives of so many in such a short time. Your service and ultimate sacrifice will NEVER be forgotten, know that it was not in vain and there are so many people that think of you everyday. Your patrol is over here on earth, but we know you are standing watch at heavens gates. R.I.P Justin and God Bless

Justin was one of my students in high school and
always a gentleman and good influence on his peers.Having moved away, I did not realize what had happened until recently.
The kind of person you NEVER forget, worthy of everyone's respect. A soldier who would put his buddies'lives ahead of his own. A soldier who made his family and country proud. Our prayers for his family on this Memorial Day.

My heart goes out to you. Your son will never be forgotten. I wish this war could be ended but we can't take being attacked ourselves. Do I agree with how things were handled? Absolutely not. Please know that I truely appreciate your son serving me and my family. I lost my mother July 4th and I can only imagine the grief you are going through. Please remember to think about the fun times you had. Time will ease the pain. It will never go away but it will get easier. I also lost my son 29 years ago and I think of him daily.Bless you and your family.

May he rest in peace. We might not have known him (even though we lived in the same town), but we have the utmost respect for him. Thank you for all that you did for our country and freedom.
