This world will forever be changed for the better by the sacrifices of such brave and honorable warriors. As a former warrior myself, I salute you all. You have my greatest admiration. Salute

| Prayers & Condolences For: ALL THE VETS BY acidburnny on Jul 04, 2005 | | | Just A Soldier 24 hours is their working day no lunch breaks for them no time for play no sleeping in beds, no pillow for their head and from foil packs they're mostly fed and we at home owe them support, not praise of Jihad from this home port but that's what they see when they go online how some people criticize, how others whine we shouldn’t be there, they theorize, they lower morale, disenfranchise, like we all don't see it, hear it, and ask How can these people take us to task we're not on vacation, not here for fun we're keeping the terrorists on the run, we're hoping they won't go back to the states we're fighting for freedom, whatever it takes, we're a volunteer army, fighting for you, we see and we hear most all that you do why don't you see what our days here are like why aren't you thinking 'it's us they might strike' Why don't you know how we care for you, That's why we're here, this is what we do, I'm just a soldier, but I pray every night before I sleep, and before I fight that the actions we take will keep you free from terror there, where I climbed my first tree, where I had my first date, drank my first beer That's why I'm fighting, just a soldier over here.
