When I walked through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home when GOD looked down and smiled at me from His Great Throne, He said, " This is Eternity and all that I've promised you."
GOD gives us all a litltle time, that time goes by so fast. We're told it is borrowed, we know it won't last. And then before we know it a lifetime has unfurled, then He takes us back to another world. But GOd is never selfish, He nurses us with love until we meet again in His Garden up Above.

Did you know that an Eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks ?---The Eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages below, the Eagle is soaring above it.-- The Eagle does not escape the storm. It simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm. --When the storms of life come upon us, and all of us will experience them, we can rise above them by seeting our minds and our beliefs toward GOD. The storms do not have to overcome us. We can allow GOD'S power to lift us above them.--GOD enables us to ride the winds of the storm that brings sickness, tragedy, and disappointment in our lives. We can soar above the storms.--Remember, it is not the burdens of life that weighs us down, it is how we handle them.
Two smiling eyes are sleeping, two busy hands are still. The one you loved so deeply is resting at GOD'S will. May he walk in sunshine, GOD'S love around him glow. For all the love he gave you, only a few will ever know. It broke your hearts to lose him but he did not go alone. For a part of you went with him, the day GOD called him home.
Rainbows would never be rainbows if sunshine had never met rain. No one would need comfort if there was no sadness and pain. But life holds both sunshine and showers. The day's aren't all bright and fair. So look through the showers for the rainbows, you'll always find hope shining there.
What a legacy David has left of love and kindness.Most of us could never equal his standards in a lifetime. He serves as an example to all of us. GOD BLESS him and may he rest in everlasting peace.

Home in the Sky....I want you to know, a brief moment of darkness was all that I knew before Heaven's Gate came into view.~~Loved ones and friends I had missed for many years welcomed me with open arms and happy tears. ~~All the hurt, fear, and pain that I have ever known is gone from my life, I am finally Home. ~~ I gazed upon the LORD'S sweet smiling face, and for the first time in my life, I knew and felt his grace. ~~ I know that you miss me, but please dry your eyes. All I wish for and dream about is hearing your voice, feeling your touch (your wonderful hugs), and seeing your beautiful smile. I have shed a million tears these last 12 days and I can't seem to stop them. I miss you terribly and have a hard time to go on. Everyday is a challenge. I love you with all of my heart and I want to turn back time so that I could let you stay with me always.

A Guardian Angel flew down from above, to teach me a lesson about the powers of love. He whispers to me, take a hold of my hand, there are so many things I wish you to understand about the powers of love, and all it can do to someone who needs to share it with you. A pat on the back, a kind smile on your face, can make someone's life a much brighter place. It doesn't take much to show someone you care, to give them the love GOD gave them to share. So please keep in mind, all the powers you possess, to grace someone's life when they're is distress. You've been put on Earth to bestow the powers of love, and with those final words, Dave disappeared up above.

American Soldier.....They ask him why he'shipping off to fight. They fail to see what's on the line, all their freedoms, all their rights.~~Comprehension is beyond their grasps that someone's got to go. The Oak Tree....A mighty wind blew night and day, it stole the Oak tree's leaves away, then snapped it's boughs and pulled it's bark until the Oak tree was tired and stark. But the Oak tree held it's ground while other trees feel around~~The wind gave up and spoke, " How can you still be standing, Oak? " The Oak tree said, ' I know that you can break every branch of mine in two, carry every leaf away, shake my limbs and make me sway, but, I have roots stretched in this earth, growing stronger since birth.'~~Until today, I wasn't sure of just how much I could endure. But now I've found with Thanks to You, I'm stronger than I ever knew.
Success or failure in life is not defined by money, or position, rather by the people whose life you change through your life, whether for good or ill, true wealth is measured by the people in our lives that love us.
It's lonely here without you, we miss you more each day, for life is not the same to us, since you were called away. To your resting place we visit, place the flowers there with care, but no one knows our heartache, when we turn and leave you there.
Ecclesiastes III 3:1-3:8----To everything there is a season, a time for everything under the sun. A time to be born and a time to die. A time to laugh and a time to cry. A time to dance and a time to mourn. A time to seek and a time to let go. This is the time we remember one who gave meaning to our lives. This is the time we will remember the bonds that tied us together, the love that we shared, and the memories that remain with us still.
I did not live for money, nor the accumulation of material possessions, nor for fleeting pleasures. rather, I lived for that which was priceless, unpossessible, and everlasting---for the love of those who I still love from Heaven.
And at the end of my time here whether it was short or long, or whether it was difficult or easy, will not really matter. It will have been a good life because I laughed and loved in the company of some of GOD'S finest.
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I'm following the path GOD laid for me. I took his hand when I heard his call. I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or pray. Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found peace at the close of the day. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. Perhaps my time has seemed all to brief, don't lengthen it with undue grief. Lift up you hearts, and share with me. People try to help me and everyone's so kind. But no matter what they say to me, I always seem to find, I start to get upset again. They can see it in my face, I wonder how they'd handle it if they were in my place. They look at me with sympathy. In a loving caring way, I thank them and attempt a smile as I walk away. The tears start welling up again, every time it's the same, I simply fall to pieces at the mention of your name.~~I can only imagine the pain the McDowell Family is going through.
