I miss you so much RAY, I still remember coming down to see you in TX right before you left..... and then recieving your letter from Iraq around my birthday with your picture in it was such a nice suprise, I had already begun to write you back until I learned that you had been killed in action, I was actually sitting in my office at work when I found out that you were killed, I literally had to ask for the day off, so that I could get my head together..... I will never forget you, you will always have a place in my heart, and I will see you in heaven..... LOVE YOU RAY!!
This kinda hit us all, I can still remember the day that I was told by my commanding officer that we had lost someone over in Iraq, but when we were told of the circumstances of what had happened the only thing that I could think about was the family, his wife and kids, that he had left behind, my heart goes out to any family that has lost someone due to this war, whether it be mentally or physically, I understand the sacrifices that the family faces sending your loved ones over..... I recently just sent my husband over and I don't know what I would do with myself, my wishes and prayers go out to the family...... He was a good executive officer....,
For our sweet hero...you will always be remembered in the hearts and minds of all the people who knew you, not just as a soldier, but a man who would do anything for his family, even give up his life for them...God bless you and them always, your friend,E.W.
I am deeply sorry for your loss... I also have lost a son. I pray for your family and especially now since I saw the story in the enquirer...about your grandchild and daughter in law possibly having to be deported. I PRAY this never happens and I can imagine how crushed you feel at this time. There is a link in the article to help but it is useless link.;(leading you to more and more pages unclear as to what you need to do for your voice to be heard... perhaps your family can make a website where we can contact the right persons? This should NOT happen you have lost M0re than enough. Your son is a Hero and his family deserves to be here with his family. Big HUG janice
My precious son, I miss you so much. Im so very proud of you, and I know that you were doing what you loved and believed in. I could not have asked for a better son to raise than you.

I worked with 1LT Parten during the months of July and August this year on the Pakistan border. I am still in afghanistan and although he was not in my unit when I heard the news I was shocked. He was TRULY and exceptional officer and man. RIP
Aw man, can't beleive it I just found out what happened from someone I talked to at Fort Jackson tht knows you too. She said she went to your funeral. It is a small, small Army. I found this when I did GooGle search. God I wish I had known so I could go to the funeral too. I'm so mad I didn't knkow. I can't beleive it man. I can't beleive I missed your funeral and didn't get to say peace to you but I REALLY can't beleive you are gone! Still having difficulty beleiving that you are really not here anymore. Keep expecting you to walk up behind me with a beer in your hand, asking me waht time we're leaving for the club.
I will NEVER forget how you always had my back no matter what! Truly one of the most UNSELFISH people I ever met and you taught me to always look on the positive side of things even when they look like they'll never get better.
Thank you for the memories Clay, thanks for being real, thanks for being the playa I always looked up to and wanted to be and also and know your sacrifice wasn't in vain! I hurt real bad right now but I know God had a reason to take you. Play on playa! HOOAH!
Kevin you are a true American Warrior. God bless you and give you wings to watch over your family. You will be truly missed. Your sacrafice is great and unmeasurable. Prayers to your family. Rest in Peace young man.
My heart is broken, my tears still fall. You told me once,"Dad, you know I'd take a bullet for you", and to that I replied, "You know I'd take one for you too." Josh then stated, "I know that." That still holds true today if it would bring you back. I'm ready to meet my maker, He just called you Home too early. We miss you and will hold your son Jaxon as the gift you left us. Josh, Dani has been and is a great mother, you did good. She was always the one. Dad
A man of honor...a man who died way before his time...he will be missed. I helped him in a way to get home, but never wanted to help in that way; the world is so unfair...god bless him and the ones he loved!
My condolences to your family for your loss. We thank you for your service to the nation, for your bravery and for the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
"He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.
Rest in peace my Brothers, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare)

Dearest Brother,You passed on June 16th, 2009. We mourn for you and miss you dearly. No words can describe the lost we feel with your passage. No comforts seem sufficient. There is no real understanding of how this can be.As I sit at my computer this morning, crying and grieving the loss of a GREAT man...my brother, I can only remember you as you were to me...consistent and just. You were more than just my brother. To me, you were the perfect mixture of Love, Honor, and Respect.
I miss your voice. What I would give to hear you greet me once more with, "What up, Boo?" The enthusiasm in your voice, the clarity in your tone, the encouragement in your words. I MISS YOU BIG BROTHER and I thank you for being you.
As the days continue to past, the letters, emails and phone calls are still pouring in. Some of your older friends are only now finding out.So many tears have been shed and are continuing to be shed. Things have not gotten easier. Your absence is present in our emptiness. And, as we attempt to get threw this (and so-called, move on with our lives), you will always be with us and your ultimate sacrifice will not be forgotten.
Thank you for ALWAYS being there. You are and forever will be, one of a kind.

You were my child, my first born....I know the lord had to call you home that fateful day, it's just that I did not have fair notice.... .I do not know how to do this living without you in my life...We all miss you so very very much, the grief that resides in our heart, mind, and soul is over welming because the hurt is so fresh, and yet we know that you are cradled in Gods arms and this thought alone is the glue that holds us together.... I remember the day I gave birth to you, you were always so loved and wanted, and yet I know in my heart of hearts that you not only belonged to your family, yet the world, for the light that shined within you was a beacon to the universe through all of your Humanitarian efforts..... A warrior so strong yet gentle was your way as you were also the peacekeeper, the bridge builder....to us your family, you were our world....though you are gone to another place in time, apart of myself is having to transform, how do I do this without you....I love you my Son, you will always be my baby boy....my hero, my legacy..... Love Always & Forever

Aaron, we miss you so much and our sorrow grows deeper everyday. We know that your sacrifice was honorable and driven by the love for your family, God and country. You were such an amazing, beautiful person. You were born to be a true leader and gave your all to everything you did. Our hearts are broken and we pray for strength and understanding. We will miss you forever and love you with all our hearts. You are our hero and our angel.
My prayers and deepest sympathy are with the family and friends of James. We share your pain as our family also lost our beloved Aaron Kenefick along with your son and two other brave soldiers during the ambush. They are true heroes and we were so blessed to have had them in our lives but they will be forever missed. Our hearts are broken and will take a very very long time to mend. They are now with God and smiling down upon us. We love you and thank you for your bravery and sacrifice.
may you rest in peace knowing everything is being done to take care of the misjustices that are being done. GOD BLESS YOU DAN AND SANDY GRAHAM AND BROTHERS!!!
